Classes

Studying scripture is an important part of growing in our relationship with God. We have many small groups at Christ Church that meet regularly for study, friendship, and support. We also offer shorter term classes and seminars that go deeper into scripture and address current issues. Here are a few of the options currently being offered for the Fall:

SMALL GROUPS

There are many small groups which meet for Bible study each week. Every day of the week, we have groups that meet. We have groups for men, women, mixed, couples, and more. Click here for a list of groups.

DAILY EMAIL DEVOTIONAL

Sign up for a daily devotional sent directly to your email. Sent out each day, Monday through Saturday, it includes a short scripture reading, a brief thought for the day, and a question to consider. Click here to sign up!

MARRIAGE SEMINAR

Thursday | February 9 | 6 to 9pm and Saturday | February 11| 8am-3pm

Whether you are married, engaged, or dating, we invite you to join us as we explore biblical perspectives about love, marriage, and sexuality. After all, we could all use help in improving our relationships! Click here for more information.

MADE TO CRAVE

Fridays | beginning February 10 | 12-12:45pm | 2nd floor Conference Room

Join us for this wonderful women's lunchtime Bible study! We'll use the resource Made to Crave: Satisfying Your Deepest Desire with God, Not Food by Lysa TerKeurst. MOTHERS' JOURNEY

Thursdays | 8:15-10am | Fellowship Hall 4

Whether you are a mom, grandmother, aunt, or big sister, we invite you to join us as we walk together on our mothers' journey! Two Thursdays a month, we provide a safe place of learning and support. We will share ideas of how to build strong Christian character traits in our kids. We will follow Christ Church School's "Character Trait" calendar. WALK THROUGH THE BIBLE

Thursdays | 7-8:30pm | Fellowship Hall 4

Join us as we explore the most life-changing book ever written: the Bible! We'll cover topics such as: how we got the Bible, creation, history and overview of the Old Testament, God's covenants with his people, prophecy in the Bible, the beautiful poetic works found in scripture, overview of the New Testament, Jesus' ministry as recorded in the Gospels, letters written to the early Christian church, writings about the end times, and more! SERVING FROM THE HEART

Sundays | 11am-12pm | March 11 - April 1 | Fellowship Hall 4

In this four week class, we'll assess our spiritual gifts, talents and abilities, resources, individual style, dreams and experiences… all adding up to an enhanced capacity to serve God and neighbor. Click here for more information.

THE AMAZING COLLECTION

This amazing Bible study for women is offered on Tuesday mornings or Wednesday evenings. It is a creative study that is interesting, informative, and developed for women from all walks of life and levels of spiritual maturity in mind. For more information or to register, click here.
