The Director is responsible for developing, coordinating, directing and administering policies related to all phases of communication, including internal and external communication. This part-time position will work alongside the Director and Youth Staff by maintaining and continually improving communications, administrative operations, and relationships.

PROPERTY MANAGER
4KIDS of South Florida, Inc. is looking for a part-time Property Manager who can help to manage the many properties of the agency. This person would be responsible for identifying and performing/coordinating the correction of any physical property needs.  This person would also be responsible for all lease covenants, tracking utilities and payments, negotiating bids for services, and coordinating any movement of tenants of these properties. This person would be responsible for coordinating and overseeing any volunteer service projects at our properties. 

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent.  Experience repairing and maintaining properties required.  Must demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written skills.  Must be able to proficiently use Microsoft Office and Outlook.  Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Must have a valid Florida driver license with no more than 3 points. Must have reliable transportation that can be utilized daily.  Must be available by cell phone during scheduled hours and off hours to handle emergencies.  Must successfully complete a criminal background screening and drug screening.


FOSTER CARE SUPERVISOR

4KIDS of South Florida, Inc. is looking for a full-time Foster Care Supervisor. This supervisor would oversee Foster Parent Support Specialists (FPSS) who support our foster families.  This position would be responsible for the families and children that are on the caseloads of their FPSS, staffing cases & advocating on behalf of families and children.  This person would act as a liaison with the lead agency on behalf of 4KIDS, may carry a caseload, and assist with initially licensing foster families. This person will have periodic on-call responsibilities.

Applicants must have a bachelors degree in social work or a related field as well as a minimum of four (4) years experience in a human services related field; child welfare and case work experience is preferred.  If the applicant has a masters degree in social work or related field, the experience required can be a minimum of (2) years experience in a human services related field.  Must demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written skills.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new databases.  Must successfully complete a criminal background screening and drug screening. Must be available by cell phone during business hours and on-call shifts.

     
FOSTER CARE AND SAFE FAMILIES TEAM MEMBERS
Candidates should be dedicated social work professionals who are called to license families to take children into their home and support our families in their endeavor to care for the children in their homes. These positions require a bachelors or a graduate level degree in social work or a related field, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in the child welfare field is a plus.
