Boys and Girls - Age 4 (by September 3, 2012) - Grade 5 (2012-2013 school year)      
Early Bird Registration: $75 | May 5 - June 15.
Registration: $85 | June 16 - August 15.
Late Registration: $95 | August 16 - 18.

It is our intention to place every child, but if a division reaches capacity your child will need to be placed on a waiting list.
 
Evaluation Information
When: Saturday, August 18  |  8am to 11am  |  Christ Church Field
Who: 1st through 5th Grade Boys/Girls  (NO EVALUATIONS for Pre-K and Kindergarten .)
What: Everyone makes the team, evaluations help us distribute players equally.

Mandatory Training: Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at 6:30 PM upstairs in the Youth Room
 
Practice Information
Practice begins the week of September 4, 2012. You will have one practice per week. Practice nights are Tuesday - Thursday. You can exclude one practice night.
We make every effort to accommodate siblings with the same practice night.
 
Game Day Information
Games are played on Saturday mornings from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. You will have one game each week. Your first game will be Saturday, September 15 and your last game will be Saturday, October 27.

Celebration
Please join us on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 4:30pm on the Christ Church Field for our Upward® Soccer Celebration. This is a great opportunity to thank God, celebrate the achievements of  players, coaches and all the great volunteers who make Upward® possible. We will provide pizza & drinks, please bring chairs or blankets to sit on and a dessert to share.
