Tech Request

The Tech Ministry exists to serve your event in the best way possible. It is our goal to go unnoticed as we provide the best in sound, video, and lighting to enable God’s message. We are staffed with volunteers, and therefore in order to accommodate your needs, all requests (large or small) must be made a minimum of 2 weeks before your event, 4 weeks for large events (if you are unsure which yours is, it’s probably a large event!).

Audio Needs

please tell us the number of microphones [mics] you will need as well as all of the audio sources you will have, e.g., “1 mic for main program speaker, 1 mic for solo singer, mics for children’s choir, CD.”

Video Needs

note that PowerPoint capability in the Gym, Sanctuary, and Youth Room is limited to visual presentations only, without audio. All media [CD, DVD, PowerPoint files] must be turned in to us one week prior to the event.
