Weekend Services & Directions

We offer five different weekend worship opportunities, each with the same message but different styles. Read more below about each service and find the one that's right for you.

Praise Service

Saturday 6pm & Sunday 9:40am, Gym
Our Praise Services are held in a casual, comfortable environment. You can feel free to come as you are, and grab a cup of coffee on your way in. Music is led by a band with drums and electric guitars. The song lyrics are projected on a large screen so everyone can participate. Pastors wear more casual attire instead of traditional robes. This service regularly uses drama, PowerPoint, and other multi-media.

Celebration Service

Sunday, 9:30am, Sanctuary
Our Celebration Service is both traditional and upbeat. We sing a joyful medley of familiar hymns. Music is led by our Chancel Choir, but pastors do not wear robes and the service feels less formal. We celebrate Holy Communion four times per year in this service.

Traditional Service

Sunday, 11am, Sanctuary
Our Traditional Service features traditional hymns and music led by our Chancel Choir.  Pastors wear traditional robes, and we pray the Lord's Prayer and recite the Apostles' Creed each week. Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month.

Traditional Communion Service

Sunday, 8am, Pompano Beach Chapel
The Traditional Communion Service is held in our beautiful and historic Pompano Beach Chapel. We read the Scriptures from the lectionary each week, and the worship has a more "high church" feel. Holy Communion is celebrated weekly. Pastors wear robes, and children serve as crucifers and acolytes each week. Music is led from the organ and we sing traditional hymns. If terms like "lectionary" and "crucifer" are unfamiliar to you, don't worry about it! Even in our most traditional and liturgical service, lots of direction is provided so that everyone can participate.
There is no Children's Ministry during this service, but please feel free to bring your children with you.
